Arlington Heights had The Screaming Weasels. Wilmette has Fallout Boy. Zion has Local H. Now Northbrook has Sergie Grebischnikov. Sergie's debut album, The Great Society, is a lo-fi guitar-based album, which dabbles in electronics and vocal sampling. He accompanies his delicate guitar work, being well-versed in classical and jazz, with subtle layers of sound. "Fly Away" is the lovliest of the bunch, and this deserves to be heard.
